Example 1: 1 notarization ($10) + Travel ($25) = $35

Example 2: 2 notarizations ($20) + Travel ($35) = $55

Example 3: 1 notarization ($10) + Travel ($25) + After 6 PM ($15) = $50

Example 4: 1 notarization ($10) + Travel ($35) + Same-day ($25) = $70

Valid photo ID is required for notarization
All fees are disclosed and agreed upon before confirmation
Travel fee is based on mileage and appointment location
